This policy explains what personal information TOF Media, LLC ("TOF Media," "we," "us") collects through tofmedia.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Other websites and properties operated by TOF Media have their own privacy policies.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, company and anything else you include in your message.
Publisher applications. When you apply as a publisher, the application form collects your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, website, and a description of your traffic, such as verticals, media types, volume and how you source it. We use it to evaluate your application.
Technical information. Our hosting provider processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, so it can deliver and secure the site.
What we don't do on this site. tofmedia.io sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Our fonts are hosted on our own servers, so loading a page here does not contact any third party.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you.
- To evaluate publisher applications and to set up and manage advertiser and publisher relationships.
- To operate, maintain and secure the website.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights.
How we share it
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as hosting and email providers, under contracts that limit their use of it. We may also share it where the law requires, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information collected through this site, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, including any business relationship that follows, and as long as the law requires us to. After that we delete it or de-identify it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, email go@tof.io with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You may also make a request through an authorized agent.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
